Refund policy

All NFZD Beauty products are created with love and care! We hope you love your NFZD products as much as we love creating them for YOU, however we understand that sometimes things don't work out.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from www.NFZDBeauty.com, Returns will be accepted within 14 days of days of purchase, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns will only be exchanged for another product or given store credit.

If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy.

Please note, all gift cards and select merchandise purchased on NFZDBeauty.com are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@nfzdbeauty.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
