Are your skincare products right for my skin type?

Our products are formulated for all skin types: free of parabens, artificial fragrances, synthetic dyes and sulfate free. Our products are a fit whether you have sensitive, oily, dry, or combo skin.

We're sorry to hear that! If you're prone to allergic reactions, make sure to review our ingredients list prior to purchasing. NFZD Beauty cannot guarantee that any ingredients or products were produced in an allergen free environment.

will my product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc.?

If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker, thinner, or separated texture. Use products within the shelf life time printed on package for best product quality.

How long should I use the products to see/feel results?

Skincare: The typical skin cycle is 28 days, so we recommend using our products for at least 30 days to see results. Wellness: Consistency is key! While everyone results will be different, we recomend 1-2 months of commitment to see how your body adapts to our blends!

What are adaptogens?

Adaptogens are herbs and roots that help your body manage and adapt to mental and physical stress! They are also proven to boost immunity, combat fatigue, enhance mental performance and ease anxiety!

What is the shelf-life of the NFZD Wellness Blends?

Our blends are good up to 12 months if unopened. Once opened we recommend using the product within 6 months.

How should I store the NFZD Wellness Blends?

will I get an order confirmation?

When an order has been placed successfully, an email order confirmation will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service department to confirm the order.

How will my order be shipped?

We offer shipping services with United States Postal Service (USPS) using first class and priority shipping, depending on the purchase.

Do you ship to po boxes?

Yes, we will ship to a P.O. Box.

Do you ship Internationally?

We are not shipping internationally at this time. But stay connected to be the first to know once we do.

How do I know my order has been shipped and how can I track my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is being processed, you will be sent an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track your order within 24 hours.

My package was marked as delivered, but I have not received my package.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be updated in advance and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered. What is CBD?

CBD (Cannabidiol) is one of nearly 100 different cannabinoids found in the Cannabis plant and can be extracted from both marijuana or hemp. Our CBD is sourced from organically grown hemp here in the United States.

How does CBD differ from marijuana?

While marijuana and hemp are both derived from the Cannabis plant, hemp naturally contains high levels of CBD and low levels (less than 0.03%) of THC. CBD is non-intoxicating, and non-addictive.

Will CBD get me high?

Not at all! While our skincare products contain Full-Spectrum CBD, it has less than the legal limit of 0.03% of THC. These amounts are far too low to have any intoxicating effect on the body and won't get you high! Our Wellness collection is formulated with Broad-Spectrum CBD and contains no THC!

Will CBD make me sleepy/drowsy?

Absolutely not! No CBD products, especially topical products, will make you feel tired or drowsy!

What is Full-spectrum & Broad-spectrum CBD?

There are three types of CBD; full-spectrum, broad-spectrum, and isolate. -Full-spectrum CBD naturally contains the whole-plant- including the many compounds, cannabinoids, terpenes and more. -Broad-spectrum CBD contains all of the terpenes and cannabinoids naturally found in the whole plant- except THC. Our wellness collection contains no THC! -CBD Isolate is just the CBD and no other parts of the plant are included in the extraction.

How is your CBD sourced?

Our Full Spectrum CBD (used in our skincare products) is sourced from organically grown hemp by a family farm in Colorado. The farm we partner with takes pride in growing in small batches using organic farming methods, by producing ultra-high levels of CBD while under the legal limit of 0.3% THC. Our Broad-Spectrum Nano-Encapsulated powder (used in our wellness collection) is sourced from Colorado on a non-GMO hemp farm raised with strict organic farming practices and extracted in-house in a GMP-certified, FDA-registered manufacturing facility. Our CBD used in all of our formulas is extracted using supercritical co2 extraction methods, meaning there are no additional chemicals added to the final product. Our sourced CBD is always lab tested for potency, contaminants, heavy metals, and terpenes.

What Is Broad-Spectrum Nano CBD?

Broad-spectrum nano CBD is a type of CBD that’s been refined into powder form then nano-encapsulated. CBD is oil-soluble in its natural form and can’t dissolve in water or other liquids. Due to the nature of human biology, nano CBD offers higher bioavailability.
